Product Manager and Project Manager enter in the product development at the same time. Project Manager exits after completing the delivery of product while the Product Manager manages pros and cons of delivered product. Product Manager takes care of his/her product until it obsolete. Project Manager serves as Mother of the product and Product Manager serves as legal father of the product. Product Manager can't be a legal father unless he/she has approval from Senior Management. Developers are family memebrs who support Project Manager for delivery of a product.
